Frequently Asked Questions
A few helpful answers before you call in the Flock.
Do you offer deep cleaning?
Absolutely. We just do not confuse it with your regular Flocking. Regular Flocking keeps your home freshly Flocked. Deep Flocking is our specialty detail service, where we intentionally tackle the deeper details that are not systematically covered during regular maintenance visits.
Regular Flocking maintains it. Deep Flocking details it.
Do I have to clean before Sea Gals arrives?
No. You do not need to clean for the cleaners. Normal family clutter is part of the reason Sea Gals exists.
Do you clean windows, windowsills, baseboards, or cabinet fronts?
During a regular Flocking, if we are already working in a room and see an obvious accessible mark, drip, or area that needs a quick wipe, we will not ignore it. Regular Flocking does not include making a dedicated trip around the house to detail every window, windowsill, baseboard, or cabinet exterior. Those intentional whole-home details belong to Deep Flocking.
What happens to things when you do not know where they belong?
We caddy them. If something has an obvious home and putting it away takes a few seconds, we will put it there. If we would have to open drawers, search cabinets, or guess where your family keeps it, it goes neatly into the appropriate caddy. Obvious home = put it away. No obvious home = caddy it.
How long will you be here?
You are booking a defined Sea Gals service standard, not a promised block of minutes. A coordinated Flock works through the approved service efficiently while keeping the whole home moving.
Where does Sea Gals serve?
The active service area centers on Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and nearby communities in Baldwin County.
What are the Flocking choices?
Choose Casual Flocking for one-time help, Regular Flocking weekly, Frequent Flocking twice weekly, or Occasional Flocking every other week. From Build Your Flock Plan, you can also add Deep Flocking monthly or Orderly Flocking weekly, every other week, or monthly.
