Sea Gals Housekeeping was created by a mom for families who need practical help without judgment. Moms are especially welcome, and anyone with strong organization, teamwork, leadership, and follow-through may be a fit.

How the work feels

The Flock works from a shared Flocking process. Team members communicate, follow directions, receive constructive feedback, and help the whole home feel more manageable instead of working in isolation.
