Deep Flocking

Deep Flocking details it

Regular Flocking maintains it. Deep Flocking details it. This specialty service intentionally tackles accessible windows and windowsills, baseboards, cabinet exteriors, accumulated buildup, detailed edges and surfaces, and deeper bathroom and kitchen work that regular maintenance does not systematically cover.

All Deep Flocking work remains subject to reasonable height, access, safety, and the approved service scope for your Nest.

Deep Flocking pricing

Your first Deep Flocking is $500, paid in full two weeks before the appointment. One week after your first completed Deep Flocking, the next month's $400 streak payment is due. Choose the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Wednesday of each month; each continuing month is paid one month ahead. Skipping a calendar month breaks the streak and restarts the next Deep Flocking at $500.

Add Deep Flocking to your plan

Deep Flocking can be added from Build Your Flock Plan as a monthly specialty stream. Its schedule is carried separately from your everyday Flocking rhythm.

Start with your Standard Nest

The base Deep Flocking rate covers a Standard Nest of up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 living area. Extra rooms or spaces can be selected as add-ons in the calendar step.
